PREJUDICE:

You Men, surely We have created you of a male and a female, and made you tribes and families that you may know each other; surely the most honorable of you with God is the one among you most careful (of his duty); surely God is Knowing, Aware. Surrat ul Hujjurat, 49:13

One of the most wisdomful verses in the Quran, the above verse teaches brotherhood between all humans, male or female. Prejudice is the worst thing in the world. It is what starts wars, hate, injustice, and many more of the ugly things we face in the world. The less a people use prejudice, at least in public and outright, the more prosperious they become. Maya Angelou says the following;

Prejudice is a burden that confuses the past, threatens the future and renders the present inaccessible. -- Maya Angelou (born: 1928,) African-American author, poet laureate, performer, composer.

ANGER:

Those who give in ease as well as in straitness, and those who restrain (their) anger and pardon men; and God loves the doers of good (to others). Alla `Imran, 3:134

Anger is a very destructive force, if it is out of hand. There are times when to be angry is good for you. Most of the time, however, is not. When you restrain an anger, you do a good deed. When you do a good deed, you offer the world peace. The following quote is very wonderful;

"Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned." -- Siddhartha Gautama (Buddha, founder of Buddhism.)
